HELT2025 is the third edition of the Health, Ethics, Law and Technology symposium, organised by the VUB’s Health & Ageing Law Lab (HALL), taking place in Brussels, Belgium on April 24, 2025.
This year’s theme, “One Health: Advancing Global Health through Law and Technology,” focuses on the interconnection between human, animal, and environmental health. The event brings together experts from diverse fields to explore the legal, ethical, and technological dimensions of global health challenges, with special attention to emerging concepts like One Digital Health and Planetary Health.
SYNTHIA Partners Boris Kandov, and Syed Zulkifil Haider Shah from the University of Vienna will present in the parallel workshop titled: One Health: Exploring the Effects of Contemporary Legal, Environmental, and Technological Challenges to Digital Health Research.
The workshop is scheduled at from 09:40-11:10 hrs. in the Pad Room.
